My 2 bed house is unoccupied due to illness. People have entered it and destroyed my house.

I've owned the property for 20 years and now I can't travel to it as often as I want. So now it's time to let others enjoy it.

I need to have a quick sale and will accept a reasonable offer. BTW the 4-5ha (approx) agricultural land adjacent to the house is valued at €35,000 by a local agent.
